Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of manufacturing or operations experience.
5+ years of leadership experience managing manufacturing teams.
Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning.
Experience working in AS9100 or ISO 9001 environments.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day manufacturing objectives and drive production priority setting.
Provide direct leadership, coaching, and development for manufacturing personnel.
Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics are achieved.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management.
Lead staffing, workforce planning, and training activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve throughput and reduce cost.
Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for production and quality issues.
