Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of manufacturing or operations experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing manufacturing teams.
• Experience managing production schedules, staffing, and manufacturing priorities.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing objectives.
• Provide direct leadership, coaching, and development for manufacturing personnel.
• Establish daily production priorities aligned with demand and program objectives.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity metrics.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management to coordinate activities.
• Lead staffing, workforce planning, and training.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on throughput, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for production and quality issues.
