Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing objectives.
• Provide direct leadership, coaching, and development for manufacturing personnel.
• Establish daily production priorities aligned with customer demand and program objectives.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity metrics.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management for staffing, workforce planning, and training.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for production and quality issues.
