Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 4+ years in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading teams of up to 20 direct reports.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Oracle experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and STOP principles across the operation.
• Supervise daily production operations while ensuring policy and safety compliance.
• Coach and develop production teammates to achieve goals.
• Conduct performance discussions and coaching sessions.
• Develop and monitor training programs for production personnel.
• Manage labor allocation and shift schedules to meet demand.
• Coordinate startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
• Prioritize issues and allocate resources to resolve challenges.
• Identify, contain, and diagnose quality concerns.
• Ensure adherence to standard work and risk controls.
• Collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teams.
