The Judge Group is seeking a Manufacturing Manager - Fabrication/Components in Muskegon, MI. This role leads industrial manufacturing teams, drives continuous improvement, and owns manufacturing excellence initiatives.

The ideal candidate has experience with tolling, molds and dies across Investment Casting, Injection Casting, Injection Molding, or Stamping, plus Lean, Six Sigma and strong financial literacy skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience with tolling, molds and dies for Investment Casting, Injection Casting, Injection Molding, or Stamping industries.
• Ability to drive improvements through Lean, total quality, and Six Sigma practices.
• Proven track record of manufacturing excellence and strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes.

• Experience in leadership roles in an Industrial Manufacturing environment
• Experience with tolling, molds and dies relating to the Investment Casting, Injection Casting, Injection Molding, or Stamping Industries
• Able to drive improvement through the implementation of the lean manufacturing principles, total quality practices, six sigma
• Demonstrated results in leading manufacturing excellence
• A strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills
• Strong financial literacy
