Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA and/or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including manufacturing and cost accounting.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls; ERP experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes per GAAP/SOX.
• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and schedules with accuracy.
• Manage cash, intercompany activity, and working capital optimization.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to drive financial performance.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
