Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a manufacturing company in Sturbridge, MA. This on-site role focuses on improving and streamlining manufacturing processes across CNC machining, EDM, welding, finishing, assembly and inspection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering or related field.
• Internships/co-ops in manufacturing or engineering roles are acceptable.
• Experience with machining, metal fabrication, and finishing is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and process improvement methodologies.
• Understanding of GD&T is a plus.
• CAD experience required and Mastercam proficiency.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and vendors on product and process enhancements.
• Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standardized procedures.
• Assist with new product launches and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, quality systems, and company standards.
