Job summary

PD Instore is a future-forward creator of brand solutions that enlightens, inspires, and transforms the consumer’s experience. The Manufacturing Manager will coordinate workflow, drive safety and quality, and lead teams to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.

You will optimize labor and equipment planning, while partnering with the Director of Manufacturing to align priorities and drive continuous improvement across the facility.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical/business degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of leadership experience, preferably across multiple disciplines in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing information systems (forecasting, MRP, SPC, labor, costing, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow and execute company goals to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Assess production processes to maintain speed and quality and meet client expectations.
• Ensure safety requirements, documentation and compliance across departments.
• Plan equipment and labor usage for cost-effective workflow.
• Approve timecards, PTO, and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement plans to address current and future issues.
• Collaborate with the Director of Manufacturing to align priorities and continuous improvement efforts.
