Qualifications

• Experience in metals manufacturing, casting, forging, machining, stamping, or other industrial manufacturing environments

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity goals
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
• Manage and develop supervisors, team leaders, and manufacturing support personnel
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence tools
• Improve operational efficiency, product flow, throughput, and equipment effectiveness
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed
• Partner with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to improve manufacturing performance
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, capacity planning, and resource allocation
• Identify and eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve profitability
• Maintain strong customer focus by ensuring quality standards and delivery commitments are achieved
• Communicate goals, priorities, and performance expectations throughout the organization

This role oversees manufacturing teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, develops employees, and ensures efficient execution of daily operations.
