Hyve Solutions is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Manager to lead manufacturing operations, drive performance, and develop high-performing teams across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

You will partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management, lead Lean initiatives, support NPI and ramp, monitor KPIs, and report to senior leadership. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field and 8+ years of leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading large teams in a high-volume electronics/manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality systems.
• Experience supporting NPI and manufacturing scale-up activities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational results.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Drive workforce planning, employee development, and engagement initiatives.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational performance.
• Provide regular updates and operational reviews to senior leadership.

Position Summary

The Senior Manufacturing Manager is responsible for leading manufacturing operations, driving production performance, and developing high-performing teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction. This role partners closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams to ensure operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality systems.
• Experience supporting NPI and manufacturing scale-up activities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational results.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation: The anticipated salary for this position is $95,000 - $134,000 annually.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
