Job summary

Jobster LLC in Gulfport, Mississippi, seeks a Manufacturing Manager to lead liquid and solid oral dose production in a GMP-regulated environment. This hands-on leadership role will oversee multiple production lines and shifts while driving operational efficiency, accountability, and team development.

You will partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain teams to meet production goals, improve productivity, and ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs and FDA regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership in OTC or pharmaceutical production.
• Experience overseeing liquid and solid oral dose operations.
• Strong GMP and FDA-regulated manufacturing background.
• Proven ability to drive accountability and process improvements.
• Experience leading teams and coaching staff on floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations across multiple shifts and product lines.
• Coach and develop production supervisors, leads, and operators.
• Drive productivity, quality, staffing, and workflow efficiency improvements.
• Establish KPIs and production metrics with clear accountability.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, FDA regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve performance issues on the floor.
• Support team restructuring, training, and leadership development initiatives.
• Maintain strong visibility and engagement on the production floor.

• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, FDA regulations, and quality standards.

Pay range and compensation package

Location: Gulfport, Mississippi

Schedule: onsite position
