Job summary

ADN Group in Cranbury, NJ seeks an experienced Production Operator II/III with hands-on solid-dosage/tablet manufacturing in a cGMP environment. You will perform multiple solid-dosage processes, operate and troubleshoot equipment, and ensure batch records are accurate.

This role requires the ability to work with minimal supervision, read and write technical documentation in English, and comply with safety, PPE and cleanroom procedures to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 2-3+ years of current Production Operator experience.
• Hands-on experience in a regulated pharmaceutical solid-dosage/tablet manufacturing facility.
• Experience with dispensing, granulation, sifting, milling, drying, encapsulation, coating, and compression.
• Ability to read and write technical documentation in English.
• Ability to stand for eight hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience following PPE and cleanroom procedures and good housekeeping practices.

Responsibilities

• Complete batch records and manufacturing documentation accurately and legibly.
• Maintain clean and organized cGMP production areas.
• Participate in quality investigations as required.
• Work closely with Production Management and site support teams to meet production schedules.
• Follow all required PPE, safety, and cleanroom procedures.
• Work effectively with minimal supervision while maintaining production and quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform solid-dosage manufacturing activities including dispensing, granulation, sifting, milling, drying, encapsulation, coating, and compression.
• Set up, operate, clean, and troubleshoot cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Direct experience with multiple solid-dosage processes such as:
  • Dispensing
  • Granulation
  • Sifting
  • Milling
  • Drying
  • Encapsulation
  • Coating
  • Compression.
• Experience operating, setting up, cleaning, and troubleshooting pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, SOPs, batch records, safety procedures, and good housekeeping practices.
• Ability to read and write technical/manufacturing documentation in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand for an eight-hour shift and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including partial and full-face respirators where applicable.

IMPORTANT

This position specifically requires oral solid-dosage/tablet pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.

Candidates with primarily chemical manufacturing, nutraceuticals, or general compounding experience without solid-dosage pharmaceutical production experience will not be considered.
