Job summary

Creation Technologies in Denver, CO seeks an Operations Leader to drive safe, on-time production, cost control, and quality improvement. You will lead production areas, manage labor and expenses, resolve issues, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure aligned execution.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Operations or related field and 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership. Knowledge of Lean, capacity planning, and production processes is required, with strong emphasis on EHS&S compliance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3–5 years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel office equipment, objects, tools, or controls. Working Conditions

This position typically works on-site. The working environment is generally clean; however, this position may be exposed to occasional dust, metals/solder occasional exposure to high noise levels from operating machines or physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts. The employee must wear designated PPE and/or electrostatic dissipative protection where required. Otherwise, office/business casual attire, consistent with site specific safety guidelines is appropriate.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $120,000-$140,000 per year.Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, location, and shift. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire, schedule type, and hours worked.
