Creation Technologies is seeking a Master Production Schedule (MPS) professional in Dallas, TX to balance demand, supply, capacity, and inventory strategy across site programs. You will develop master production plans, lead supply planning inputs, and optimize ERP planning models to improve forecast accuracy and production stability.

You will evaluate capacity scenarios, manage multi‑customer demands, and align cross‑functional leaders on trade‑offs to drive execution.

• Optimize ERP planning models and parameters to improve forecast accuracy and long-term production stability.
• Evaluate capacity scenarios and supply risks to enable proactive mitigation and informed decision‑making.
• Balance multi‑customer demand, capacity constraints and inventory trade-offs to support revenue and operational performance.
• Align cross‑functional leaders on demand and supply trade-offs to drive consensus on execution priorities.
• Establish planning standards and performance metrics to ensure governance, consistency, and scalability.
• Influence production priorities, inventory strategy, customer commit dates, and capacity planning decisions.
• Communicate planning strategies, risks, and performance across site leadership, program teams, and customers as needed.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
