Job summary

Malone Workforce Solutions has been retained by a growing plastic injection molding company to identify their next Manufacturing Manager. You will oversee a 3-shift production operation, drive efficient processes, and maintain product quality while leading a high-performing production staff.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing and plastics molding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership/management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of plastics molding experience - plastic injection molding experience highly desired.
• Preference to candidates with experience working for small to mid-size companies, medical products, and engineering grade resins.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred - Will consider non-degreed candidates with relevant experience.
• Hands-on leader who can connect with employees at all levels of the organization.

About the Role:

Malone Workforce Solutions has been RETAINED by a growing plastic injection molding company to identify their next Manufacturing Manager. Our partner client supports a customer base, including Fortune 500 OEMs, that are leaders in the medical device, defense, homeland security, and technology industries. As the Manufacturing Manager you will oversee the entire 3-shift production operation. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, maintaining product quality, and leading a high performing production staff.
