Lignetics in Marathon, WI is hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in an industrial setting. This full-time position offers shift coverage (2nd shift 3pm-11pm, 3rd shift 11pm-7am) with a starting wage of $32-$36 per hour plus a $2.50 shift differential.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, outage planning support, and minor building repairs; qualifications include HS diploma or GED, 1–5 years

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred.
• 1–5 years mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in an industrial setting.
• Pneumatic and basic hydraulic knowledge preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work all shifts.

• Diagnose issues with malfunctioning mechanical/electrical equipment and complete required repairs.
• Perform minor building plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as needed.
• Execute preventive maintenance procedures and assist maintenance lead/manager in outage planning.
• Other accountabilities as required.

Requirements

Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:

• One to five years mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in an industrial work setting.
• Pneumatic & basic hydraulic knowledge preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures.
• Will need to be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Ability to work all shifts and call ins if needed.
