Job summary

Lignetics, INC. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our facilities in a full-time role with a 2-2-3 shift from 6pm to 6am.

The position offers hourly pay between $23 and $25, plus a $1 shift differential, and requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in an industrial setting. Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment issues, performing minor repairs, and executing preventive maintenance while coordinating with the maintenance lead for outages.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; vocational training preferred.
• 1–5 years mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in industrial settings.
• Pneumatic and basic hydraulic knowledge preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs as needed.
• Execute preventive maintenance and assist outages planning.
• Other duties as required.

Maintenance Technician

Job Type: Full-time

Shift Schedule: 2-2-3 6pm-6am schedule

Salary: $23.00-$25.00/hour + $1.00 shift differential

• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Equipment Diagnosis and Repair

• Diagnose issues with malfunctioning mechanical/electrical equipment and complete required repairs
• Perform minor building plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as needed
• Execute preventive maintenance procedures and assist maintenance lead/manager in outage planning
• Other accountabilities as required

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required with vocational training highly preferred
• One to five years mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in an industrial work setting.
• Pneumatic & basic hydraulic knowledge preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
• Will need to be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to work all shifts and call ins if needed
