Job summary

Watteredge, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. The role includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment repairs, and facility upkeep to ensure safe and efficient operation.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment and practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and fabrication work.

Qualifications

Three or more years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery independently.
Knowledge of OSHA and applicable environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

Read equipment manuals, work orders, schematics, and technical drawings.
Set up, inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production machinery and equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance, including inspections, lubrication, servicing, and parts replacement.
Diagnose mechanical and equipment problems and complete repairs to minimize production downtime.
Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, and other building systems.
Perform general facility repairs, including fixing leaks and repairing structures.
Observe operating machinery for wear or malfunction and respond promptly.
Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams, contractors, and vendors.
Maintain accurate work orders, inspection reports, equipment logs, and parts records.
