Job summary

OmniMax International is seeking a Maintenance Technician 1 to join our Phoenix, AZ facility. The role focuses on initiating and managing plant maintenance, preventive/predictive strategies, and TPM improvements to maximize machine uptime.

We require at least 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience and strong knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, electrical, and pneumatics, with leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a maintenance technician in manufacturing industry.
• Working knowledge of programmable logic controllers, hydraulics, electrical, pneumatics.
• Proactive, action-oriented with preventative and predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Initiating, implementing, and managing the plant maintenance and tool and die program with emphasis on uptime and TPM.
• Monitor inventories of spare parts and maintenance supplies and reorder as needed.
• Maintain and improve TPM to minimize downtime and cost.
• Manage safety programs to ensure a safe work environment.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to improve coating operations and solve maintenance problems.
