Job summary

ITC Manufacturing in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Tech III to maintain facility and equipment, interpret blueprints, and help train a well‑trained staff.

The role focuses on installing and troubleshooting production machines to drive OEE above 85%, enforcing policies, and ensuring safe operation. Five plus years of mechanical/electrical experience or a three-year technical degree are preferred. Shifts 1 and 2 with OT possible on weekends.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of experience in a related field including mechanical and electrical equipment or three-year technical schooling.
• Enhanced computer and mathematical skills.
• Experience in programming PLCs (Siemens, S5, S7, ABB, Bosch, and more).
• Knowledge of at least three of the following tools: Lathe, Milling machine, Surface grinder, CNC machines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for installing and troubleshooting production machines with the goal of driving OEE to greater than 85%.
• Initiates, coordinates, and enforces program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
• Provide training, work direction and guidance in one or more skilled trades.
• Follow and interpret blueprints & schematics.
• Implement a standardized training program for new technicians.
• Maintain open communication through proper follow up methods.
• Research new trends and technologies.
• Ensure safety and compliance with codes and requirements.
• Perform skilled maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Maintain records related to labor, materials, and work orders.
• Complete PMs in a timely manner.
• Additional duties as assigned.
