Job summary

Crow Works in Ohio designs and manufactures equipment for the restaurant and hospitality industries. The Maintenance Technician will maintain production equipment, machinery, and facilities, ensuring safe, efficient operations; a hands-on problem solver will coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs.

Candidates should have 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical skills, ability to read manuals and drawings, and proficiency with hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read manuals, drawings, and maintenance docs.
• Experience with hand and power tools; basic electrical knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and coordination with outside vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Maintain HVAC, lighting, plumbing, doors, docks, offices and storage areas.
• Inspect machinery and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Keep maintenance records and logs up to date.
• Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, HVAC contractors, and service techs.
• Obtain quotes and order parts and supplies.
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and spare parts inventory.
• Support continuous improvement for equipment reliability.
• Perform general maintenance and other duties as assigned.
