Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Group Manager, Maintenance Plant Operations to lead site maintenance strategy, reliability, and asset stewardship for safe, efficient manufacturing. You will translate business priorities into integrated maintenance plans and governance across preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

The role requires a strong track record in leadership, maintenance planning, and cost management within manufacturing, including multi-shift operations and contractor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field required; master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in maintenance/engineering/reliability within a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years leading maintenance managers, supervisors, planners, technicians, or other technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance to deliver asset reliability, uptime, service responsiveness, and cost performance.
• Lead safety, regulatory compliance, and work execution standards for maintenance activities.
• Develop leadership and capability within the maintenance team and partner with HR on workforce planning.
• Drive reliability improvements, planning, and scheduling to optimize asset availability.
• Manage budgets and cross-functional partnerships to support asset sustainability.
