Job summary

Holtec International is seeking qualified Maintenance Technicians to join its Manufacturing Operations team. The Technician will help ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency of production equipment and facility systems across multiple divisions, including Camden, NJ; East Pittsburgh, PA; and Orville, OH.

Ideal candidates provide hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to interpret diagrams and manuals while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in maintenance or industrial roles with hands-on experience.
• Troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, lubrication, and power transmission systems.
• Ability to read technical instructions, diagrams, and manuals; follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Install, repair and upgrade production machinery and auxiliary systems per safety standards.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to identify wear or failure risks.
• Assist in commissioning/decommissioning machinery and document maintenance history.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for safety, efficiency, and uptime.
