Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing/food production.
• Proven mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Competence with mechanical/electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC.
• Fluency in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical literature.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard uptime with preventive maintenance, inspections and repairs.
• Tackle faults across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC domains.
• Restore operation quickly after failures and document work orders and histories.
• Enable new capability through equipment installation, modifications, testing and start-up.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality to improve reliability.
• Promote continuous improvement with data-driven suggestions.
