Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Mount Holly, NC to ensure reliable operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical assets, minimize downtime, and support production goals in a safe environment.

The role requires 3+ years hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, strong troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with PLCs, motor controls, VFDs, and basic automation systems preferred.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and lockout/tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to diagnose faults.
• Inspect, test, calibrate, and adjust equipment to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency repairs with safety and speed.
• Install, align, and commission new machines; implement upgrades as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records and report recurring issues for root-cause analysis.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure critical spares are available.
• Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout and OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams on improvements.
• Provide basic training to operators on daily maintenance tasks.
