Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift (2507034513W)

Location: Fort Washington, PA

Reports to: Senior Manager Maintenance

Position Overview: This role involves troubleshooting, servicing, adjusting, repairing, maintaining, and operating packaging and processing equipment supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and adjust manufacturing equipment to improve throughput and efficiency.
• Perform routine cleaning, housekeeping, and non-routine maintenance following safety, environmental, and quality policies.
• Participate in 5S activities for maintenance areas.
• Assist in developing job task lists for preventative maintenance and work orders.
• Support reliability engineering in risk analysis and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure proper checks and documentation for equipment maintenance and operation.
• Assist in equipment installation, setup, and start-up projects.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Associate’s Degree/Certificate in a technical discipline with 4-6 years of experience in a regulated/automated manufacturing environment, or military technical training with similar experience, or 10 years of relevant work including 4-6 years in such an environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work physically in temperature-controlled areas, climb, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work at heights.

Preferred:

• Experience in pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing.
• Experience in maintenance roles repairing production equipment.
