Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our client in Spring Lake, MI. The role offers 2nd or 3rd shift, paid training, and full-time hours in a clean and safe work environment.

You will perform maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, with responsibilities including preventive maintenance and parts management. Candidates should have at least three years of manufacturing maintenance experience and a tow motor license (within 90 days of hire).

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in manufacturing machinery, electronics, or facility maintenance.
• Tow motor license is required; must be completed within 90 days of hire.
• Familiarity with plastic extrusion equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs and oversees maintenance and repair of equipment and building using plumbing, mechanical, electrical, welding and fabrication skills.
• Develops and executes preventive maintenance plans with manufacturing and production control.
• Orders and maintains supplies and replacement parts to assure uninterrupted production.
• Documents maintenance performed in BigFoot.
