Job summary

Cambria is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Belle Plaine, MN to ensure safe, clean, and fully operational facilities. You’ll monitor electrical and mechanical equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot issues across multiple systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years manufacturing maintenance experience
• Ability to obtain required certifications (forklift, overhead crane, aerial lift, lockout/tag-out)
• Aptitude for reading engineering drawings and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and time management skills
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent safety awareness and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure proper operation
• Maintain production and support equipment including electrical, control, and mechanical systems
• Interpret engineering drawings to support fast-paced manufacturing operations
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules and complete work orders
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform timely repairs
• Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Inspect equipment for defects and perform replacements as needed
• Operate hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• Assist with spare parts inventory and participate in safety trainings
• Cross-train on multiple equipment types and support line changeovers
