Cambria FabShop - Minnesota LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure all facilities stay safe, clean, and fully operational. You will monitor and service shop machines, interpret drawings, and coordinate preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

The role requires attention to detail, safety compliance, and teamwork across departments. Starting hourly pay ranges from $22.00 to $28.00 with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 2+ years manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Interpret engineering drawings and schematics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules and complete work orders as scheduled.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform timely repairs.
• Assist installation and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain safety, environmental compliance and accurate maintenance records.
• Cross-train on multiple equipment types and support continuous operations.
