Lignetics Inc. in Show Low, Arizona, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a full-time role. The position requires diagnosing and repairing mechanical/electrical systems, plus basic plumbing and painting tasks.

It includes preventive maintenance and outage planning duties. Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or GED (vocational training preferred) and 1–5 years of industrial troubleshooting experience, with pneumatic/hydraulic knowledge considered a plus.

About this position

Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Type: Full time

Shift Schedule:M - F 7a - 4p to start, then 4-10's Tu - F or M - Thursday TBD

Salary: $25 -$28/hour

Industrial Maintenance Technician Equipment Diagnosis and Repair

• Diagnose issues with malfunctioning mechanical/electrical equipment and complete required repairs
• Perform minor building plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as needed
• Execute preventive maintenance procedures and assist maintenance lead/manager in outage planning
• Other accountabilities as required

Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required with vocational training highly preferred
• One to five years mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in an industrial work setting.
• Pneumatic & basic hydraulic knowledge preferred
• Ability to immediately understand and react to verbal safety commands, audio alarms, and written hazard alerts in English in a Manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in English to accurately read, interpret, and execute equipment lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) protocols and machine operation manuals.
• Sufficient English verbal skills to clearly and instantly report machine malfunctions, near-misses, or unsafe floor conditions to supervisors and team members.
• This role operates in the immediate vicinity of fast-moving, heavy automated equipment. Clear, real-time communication and strict adherence to English-language safety signage are mandatory for workplace safety.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
• Will need to be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to work all shifts and call ins if needed
