Job summary

Lignetics Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time 2-2-3 shift (6pm-6am) with a pay range of $23.00 to $25.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential. Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

The role covers diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance tasks across mechanical and electrical systems. Responsibilities include minor plumbing, electrical and painting repairs, outage planning support, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred.
• 1–5 years mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in an industrial setting.
• Pneumatic and basic hydraulic knowledge preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues with malfunctioning equipment and complete repairs.
• Perform minor building plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as needed.
• Execute preventive maintenance procedures and assist outage planning.
• Other accountabilities as required.

Requirements

Maintenance Technician Job Requirements

• One to five years mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in an industrial work setting.
• Pneumatic & basic hydraulic knowledge preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
• Will need to be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to work all shifts and call ins if needed
