Lignetics, Inc. in Hayward, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (10pm–8am, Mon-Thu with possible Friday).

You will diagnose, repair and maintain industrial equipment, and support outage planning under the maintenance lead. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, vocational training preferred, 1–5 years in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred.
• 1–5 years mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in an industrial setting.
• Pneumatic & basic hydraulic knowledge preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to work all shifts and call-ins if needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues with malfunctioning mechanical/electrical equipment and complete required repairs.
• Perform minor building plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as needed.
• Execute preventive maintenance procedures and assist maintenance lead/manager in outage planning.
• Other accountabilities as required.

Description:

Maintenance Technician:

• Job Type: Full time.
• Shift Schedule:10pm-8am M-TH, must be flexible to work Fridays if necessary.
• Salary: $25-$30/hour + $1.00 shift differential and monthly bonus!
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Maintenance Technician Equipment Diagnosis and Repair:

Requirements:

Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:

• One to five years mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in an industrial work setting.
• Pneumatic & basic hydraulic knowledge preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures.
• Will need to be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Ability to work all shifts and call ins if needed.
