Clack Corporation, a privately held company established over 70 years ago, is a leading manufacturer and distributor of water treatment components, drinking water products, and custom blow molding products. We are hiring for a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team. We have openings on our weekend, 2nd, or 3rd shift, depending on your preference. The shifts are:

• 2nd shift: Monday through Friday, 2pm-10pm
• 3rd shift: Sunday night through Thursday night, 10pm-6am
• Weekend shift: Saturday and Sunday, 10am-10pm, plus one 8-hour weekday shift of your choice

Responsibilities include:

• Providing technical, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for manufacturing equipment
• Working on new manufacturing projects and improving current production processes
• Repairing and maintaining support equipment
• Performing preventive maintenance as assigned
• Assisting in setup and troubleshooting of manufacturing, assembly, and testing equipment
• Maintaining files and PM history
• Rebuilding hydraulic and pneumatic components
• Shutting down equipment for safety, mechanical, or quality issues using proper lockout/tagout procedures
• Ensuring compliance with ISO policies and procedures
• Performing technical troubleshooting
• Setting up new machinery and equipment
• Initiating purchase requests for equipment and parts
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing maintenance experience
• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or relevant experience (preferred)
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings and technical procedures
• Hands-on experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, PLCs, and plumbing
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and operate manufacturing equipment safely
• Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate a forklift safely (license required)
• Safety-conscious with sound safety practices
