What You'll Do

• Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic repairs and maintenance on production machinery to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
• Facility Support: Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other essential building systems that support a safe and productive work environment.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance checks and identify improvements to reduce downtime and prevent future issues.
• Fast Response to Downtime: Address urgent maintenance issues quickly to minimize production disruptions and keep everything running smoothly.
  
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or facility maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge or experience with HVAC and plumbing systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stay on your feet for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime and be on-call when needed.
