Dandy is transforming the dental industry and expanding its manufacturing operations. We seek a Maintenance Technician to support the facilities team, performing routine and urgent repairs to keep equipment and production running smoothly.

The role requires mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills, with the ability to read plans, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment. Expect competitive compensation and full benefits, including healthcare and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience in a facilities and/or manufacturing maintenance role.
• Understanding of basic safety protocols, including PPE and LOTO.
• Basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills.
• Basic finish skills such as paint and drywall.
• Ability to read and interpret building plans.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work 8 hours/day.
• Willingness to overtime/weekends to support production goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform routine maintenance on manufacturing and facilities equipment.
• Manage and perform reactive maintenance as needed.
• Develop and execute improvement initiatives to minimize downtime.
• Assist in managing site projects with contractors and admin tasks.
• Assemble or move furniture and equipment as required.
