Job summary

Dandy is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will report to the Facilities and Safety Manager and perform maintenance and repair of the manufacturing equipment and facilities to keep operations safe and efficient.

In a fast-paced environment, you will handle routine and reactive maintenance, support site projects, and collaborate with contractors. The role requires physical stamina, safety awareness, and the ability to read building plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities and/or manufacturing maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, PPE, and Lockout/Tagout.
• Basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills.
• Able to read building plans.
• Able to lift 75+ pounds and work 8 hours in a day.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing and facilities equipment.
• Perform reactive maintenance as needed.
• Develop and implement improvements to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Assist with site projects and coordinate with contractors.
• Move and assemble furniture and equipment as needed.
