Job summary

You will oversee the Site Safety Program, lead housekeeping to 5S standards, mentor staff, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives while controlling expenses and reporting on maintenance KPIs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of related field experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications and CMMS software

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Site Safety Program and ensure policy adherence by employees
• Drive 5S housekeeping standards
• Demonstrate leadership for employee safety and wellness via Beyond Zero initiatives
• Develop and understand site-level and company-wide strategic initiatives
• Support positive change and implement new processes and procedures
• Communicate with the team to align actions with strategic objectives
• Drive day-to-day execution of team priorities using leadership competencies
• Provide coaching and development opportunities for employees
• Manage Operating System understanding and embedding; measure maintenance KPIs including root cause analyses
• Monitor and manage expenses, approve overtime, and ensure schedules are met
• Lead team meetings and act as an influential leader
