Job summary

The role requires 4+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing, 3+ years supervisory experience, and strong leadership abilities. Excellent organizational skills and exposure to hazardous environments are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• 4+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily maintenance operations and provide oversight for Supervisors and Technicians.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, HACCP, HAZMAT.
• Ensure maintenance and repairs meet company, state and federal policies and procedures.
• Work with supervisors to maximize equipment reliability while minimizing costs.
