Job summary

Koch Foods, Inc. in Heflin, AL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a manufacturing maintenance team. You will oversee short- and long-term maintenance goals, assign work orders, and ensure repairs are completed safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities include promoting safety, conducting LOTO certifications, mentoring technicians, managing paperwork and performance coaching, and supporting continuous improvement in a poultry processing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (preferrably within a poultry facility).
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to provide positive reinforcement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise immediate and short-term maintenance goals.
• Assign work orders and ensure completion of repairs.
• Perform lock out/tag out certifications on equipment.
• Provide mentorship, motivation, training and professional development for the team.
• Manage and oversee required paperwork.
• Recognize and reward technicians while counseling performance issues.
• Ensure safety checks are conducted and followed.
