You will ensure compliance with SOPs, HACCP and regulatory policies, lead by example, drive equipment reliability, improve efficiency, and manage costs while coordinating with production teams. A strong leadership background and 4+ years in maintenance are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting daily maintenance operations, and providing oversight for Supervisors and Technicians.
• Work with supervisors to maximize equipment reliability while minimizing costs.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, HACCP, HAZMAT and company policies.
