Quality Talent Group is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Sherman, MS to lead daily operations in a manufacturing or distribution environment. You will direct activities, coordinate maintenance resources, and support continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, efficient production.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2 years in manufacturing or distribution, supervision experience, and knowledge of warehouse equipment and processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Required
• 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, Required
• Previous supervision experience, Required
• Experience in Manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes, Required
• Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field, Desired

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities and assign tasks as necessary
• Coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources
• Support continuous improvement recommendations
• Assist production management in the maintenance, training and operation of equipment
• Oversee all activities associated with the direction and support of maintenance functions
