Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for Tupelo, MS. You will direct day-to-day activities, assign tasks, and coordinate maintenance and electro/mechanical resources within a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has supervision experience, 2 years in manufacturing or distribution, and an associate degree in Supervisory Management. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment required.
• Previous experience in supervision required.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes required.
• Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities and assign tasks as necessary.
• Coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources.
• Support continuous improvement recommendations.
• Assist production management in the maintenance, training and operation of equipment.
• Oversee all activities associated with the direction and support of maintenance functions.
