Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a global consumer health and personal care company in Belden, Mississippi, to hire a Manufacturing Supervisor. The role directs daily production activities, assigns tasks, and coordinates maintenance resources to keep equipment running smoothly.

You will support continuous improvement, work with production management on training and operations, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must have supervision experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience with manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes.
• 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities and assign tasks as necessary.
• Coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources.
• Support continuous improvement recommendations.
• Assist production management in the maintenance, training and operation of equipment.
• Oversee all activities associated with the direction and support of maintenance functions.
