Job summary

Boulder Connect in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment, coordinate daily work orders, and respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime.

You’ll ensure safety and food quality standards, manage contractors and spare parts, use CMMS data to improve reliability, collaborate with production, and help technicians
