Job summary

Nissin Foods USA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team at our Piedmont, SC facility. You will oversee safe, reliable, and efficient equipment performance, manage preventive maintenance programs, and drive improvements to minimize downtime.

This role partners with Production, QA, and Plant Leadership to support capital projects, cost control, and regulatory compliance, including OSHA, safety, and GMP requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial maintenance.
• 2–5+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance activities, repairs, PM, and new equipment installations.
• Plan and supervise maintenance to minimize downtime and meet targets.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for repairs and projects.
• Manage contractor relationships and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain maintenance records and inventory for parts.
