Job summary

Nissin Foods (USA) Co., Inc. in Spartanburg, SC seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team, ensuring safe, reliable equipment and driving uptime and cost control across the facility.

You will plan preventive maintenance, manage capital projects, coordinate contractors, and ensure OSHA/GMP compliance while collaborating with Production, QA, and Plant Leadership to pursue continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5+ years of progressive maintenance leadership in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems in production environments.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, capital projects, and contractor management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and maintenance software systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations to keep equipment safe, reliable, and efficient to meet targets.
• Plan, assign, and oversee daily maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Analyze needs, prepare cost estimates, and coordinate resources for projects.
• Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, inspectors, and service providers.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct OSHA-aligned safety meetings, and ensure GMP compliance.
• Maintain maintenance records and oversee inventory of parts and supplies.
• Develop and track capital investment projects with budgets and timelines.
• Prepare monthly reports on maintenance performance, risks, and utilities.
