Job summary

Elma Electronic is seeking a hands-on Manager of Manufacturing Maintenance & Facilities in Lawrenceville, GA to lead maintenance operations and support other sites as needed. The role focuses on reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement across equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, supervise teams, and champion Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives to ensure safe, efficient operations aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

8+ years in maintenance, facilities, or manufacturing support.
3+ years leading maintenance teams.
Experience with preventive maintenance and CMMS programs.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop maintenance personnel for safe, efficient operations.
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime.
Troubleshoot and improve equipment, facilities, and utilities.
Analyze failures, perform root-cause investigations, implement corrective actions.
Manage maintenance work orders, metrics, and asset documentation.
Oversee facility improvements, infrastructure upgrades, and capital projects.
Manage budgets, vendors, contractors, RFQs, POs, service agreements.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and EHS.
