Kiewit Offshore Services in Ingleside, TX is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support the manufacturing facilities, equipment, and production systems.

As an Engineer II, you will lead health and safety, ensure quality reporting, and uphold professional ethics while delivering reliable maintenance.

The role requires a strong engineering background, hands-on problem solving, and collaboration with production teams, vendors, and craft crews.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or plant maintenance environment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with CMMS systems and continuous improvement practices is a plus.
• Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative
• Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time
• Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity
• Passion for safety, with the ability to help us ensure that nobody gets hurt
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Support daily maintenance and reliability of manufacturing equipment and production systems.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot equipment downtime and recurring production issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and uptime.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production, operations, and vendors.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with plant safety procedures.
