Syensqo is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support maintenance and reliability of site production equipment. You will evaluate procedures, propose improvements, test new techniques, and provide specialized maintenance expertise.

You will oversee maintenance activities, advise on preventative measures, design modifications for safety and efficiency, and analyze malfunctions. You will maintain records and support production teams with data-driven improvements.

Competenze

• Engineering or Engineering Technology degree required.
• Mechanical emphasis preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering with maintenance interaction helpful.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills expected.

Mansioni

• Oversee, operate, maintain and assist repair of equipment as needed.
• Advise in preventative maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
• Design and implement equipment modifications to improve efficiency and safety.
• Analyze equipment malfunctions and diagnose problems.
• Respond to maintenance requests throughout the facility.
• Support production teams with maintenance activities.
• Create reports and maintain records of maintenance activities.
• Support MRO inventory control and track spare parts.
• Analyze ERP data to drive improvements and reduce costs.
• Develop maintenance strategies for preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures and implement improvements.
• Maintain documentation including schedules, logs and performance metrics.
