Responsibilities

• Support safety initiatives and corporate safety committee participation.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance and lean manufacturing practices.
• Supervise maintenance and production teams and guide cross-functional collaborators.
• Create and test new production methods to improve productivity and reduce costs.
